We strive to provide high-quality digital products. However, because our products are digital (instant download or instant access), we have a strict no-refund policy in most cases. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products Refund Policy
All products sold on TechPulse are digital products (e-books, online courses, software, templates, design files, tools, etc.). Once a product is purchased and delivered (download link provided or access granted), no refunds will be issued.
Why we do not offer refunds on digital products:
- Digital products can be downloaded or accessed immediately after purchase.
- There is no way to “return” a digital product after it has been delivered.
- We provide product descriptions, previews, screenshots, and detailed information to help you make an informed decision before buying.
2. When Refunds May Be Considered (Exceptional Cases)
We may consider a refund only in the following rare situations:
- Technical Delivery Issue: If you are unable to download or access the product due to a technical fault on our side (not due to your internet, device, or email issues) and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours.
- Duplicate Charge: If you have been charged twice by mistake for the same order.
- Product Not as Described: If the delivered product is significantly different from what was clearly shown and described on the sales page (this will be reviewed case-by-case).
Note: Refund requests due to “I changed my mind”, “I didn’t like it”, “I didn’t read the description”, or “I didn’t use it” will not be accepted.
3. Refund Request Process
If you believe your case falls under the exceptional categories mentioned above:
- Contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
- Send an email to techpuls.in@gmail.com with:
- Your Order ID / Transaction ID
- Email address used for purchase
- Reason for refund request with clear details
- Screenshot or proof (if applicable)
- We will review your request within 5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- All digital downloads and instant access products
- Courses or memberships after access has been granted
- Products purchased during sales or promotional offers
- Services that have already been delivered or partially used
5. Payment Disputes / Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank/payment provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:
- Deny future purchases
- Block your access to downloaded products
- Take appropriate legal action if needed
We encourage you to contact us directly first so we can resolve the issue amicably.
